Shipping is included
Shipping and handling charges are included in every order — the price shown at checkout is the total you pay for delivery within the continental United States.
Processing time
Most orders leave the shop within 2–4 business days. Hand-dressed candles and made-to-order items may take a little longer, and we will let you know if so.
Fragile items
Crystal balls and glass-encased candles are packed with extra care. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will make it right.
